Gelatin Mixture

Instructions
- Dissolve Gelatin: Pour the boiling water into the blender. Add the packet of sugar-free gelatin. Cover the blender securely, holding the lid down to prevent it from popping off due to steam, and blend at low speed for about 30 seconds until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add Cold Water and Ice: Combine cold water and ice cubes to total 1-1/4 cups. Add this mixture to the dissolved gelatin in the blender and stir until the ice is partially melted, cooling the gelatin mixture.
- Add Yogurt and Blend: Add 1 cup of plain non-fat yogurt to the gelatin mixture. Cover and blend at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until fully incorporated and fluffy.
- Chill and Set: Divide the fluffy mixture evenly between 5 dessert glasses, bowls, or ramekins. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the mixture sets and firms up, ready to serve.
