Description

This Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip Bake features tender salmon fillets topped with a creamy spinach artichoke dip, creating a deliciously easy and savory dish perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or elegant entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale

Salmon

  • 12 ounces salmon fillets (34 pieces)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Spinach Artichoke Topping

  • 1 package Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Dip (about 8 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking pan to ensure the salmon does not stick during baking.
  2. Prepare Salmon: Arrange the salmon fillets evenly on the greased baking sheet. Sprinkle each fillet with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper to season evenly.
  3. Initial Bake: Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes. This will start cooking the salmon without drying it out.
  4. Add Spinach Artichoke Dip: Carefully remove the pan from the oven and evenly spread the entire package of Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Dip over the tops of each salmon fillet.
  5. Final Bake: Return the baking pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the topping is hot and slightly bubbly.

Notes

  • Ensure the salmon fillets are similar in size for even cooking.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
  • You can substitute the Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Dip with any similar creamy spinach artichoke spread or homemade version.
  • Serve with fresh lemon wedges or a side salad for a complete meal.
