Instructions

  2. Combine the ingredients: In a large salad bowl, add the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and chopped cilantro. Pour over the extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Season and toss: Add salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Mix the salad thoroughly to ensure the dressing coats all the ingredients evenly.
