FAQs

Can I use regular flavored gelatin instead of sugar-free?

Yes, but the gummies will contain sugar and will no longer be keto-friendly. Adjust your dietary expectations accordingly.

Why do my gummies turn out sticky?

If gummies are sticky, it’s often due to excess moisture. Make sure to refrigerate them thoroughly and store them properly in an airtight container. You can also dust the molds lightly with cornstarch before pouring in the mixture to reduce stickiness.
