- 1/3 cup allulose
- 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners
- 1/2 vanilla bean (optional)
- 1/3 cup collagen protein powder
- 3/4 cup hemp milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Additional sweetener to taste
Instructions
- Combine Cream and Sweeteners: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy whipping cream and the sweeteners, allulose and Swerve Confectioners. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Once done, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Steep the Vanilla Bean: If using a vanilla bean, split it open and scrape out the seeds. Add both the seeds and the pod to the saucepan, cover it, and let the mixture steep for 20 minutes to infuse the vanilla flavor. After steeping, remove the vanilla bean pod from the pan.
- Add Remaining Ingredients: Whisk in the collagen protein powder, hemp milk, and vanilla extract into the creamer mixture. Taste the creamer and add additional sweetener as desired, whisking until fully incorporated.
- Cool and Store: Allow the creamer to cool completely at room temperature. Once cooled, transfer it to a clean glass jar and store it in the refrigerator. This creamer will keep for up to one week. Shake well before each use to ensure the ingredients are well mixed.
