Instructions

Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Reserve one cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Butter and Garlic Sauce: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter along with a splash of olive oil to prevent burning. Add the minced garlic cloves and sauté gently for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant but not browned.
