- 14oz can La Lechera Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup plain full-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup olive oil (or favorite oil)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm up while you prepare the batter.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and oil. Blend thoroughly until the batter is smooth and uniform.
- Prepare Loaf Pan: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it well with butter to prevent sticking.
- Pour Batter: Pour the prepared batter into the lined or greased loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
