Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a half sheet pan with a silicone baking mat or two smaller pans if you don’t have a half sheet pan.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the Corn Chex, Cheerios, Wheat Chex, pretzels, mini saltine crackers, and unsalted whole cashews.
- Melt Butter: Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl until fully liquefied.
- Add Honey, Vanilla, and Salt: Stir the honey, vanilla extract, and kosher salt into the melted butter until well combined.
- Coat Snack Mix: Pour the honey butter mixture over the cereal and nut mix, tossing well to evenly coat all pieces.
