- 1/2 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup milk (or your preferred milk alternative)

Instructions
- Brew the Tea: Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea using chamomile flowers or tea bags. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature before using it in the smoothie to prevent melting the ice or making the smoothie warm.
- Blend the Smoothie: In a blender, add the cooled chamomile tea, peeled and cut large ripe banana, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 cup milk or your preferred milk alternative, and ice cubes if desired for a colder texture. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy without any lumps.
- Garnish & Enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with dried chamomile leaves and/or a slice of banana on the rim if desired. Serve immediately to enjoy fresh and refreshing flavors. Sip and relax with this calming smoothie.
