Instructions
- Prep: Warm the cream or half and half gently to bring it closer to room temperature and grate or mince the garlic cloves finely for the sauce.
- Make the sauce: Heat a large pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the grated or minced garlic and sauté for about one minute, stirring constantly until fragrant but not browned. Add the Italian seasoning and stir briefly to toast the herbs.
