  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter with the maple syrup until well combined. Cover the bowl and freeze for 45 minutes or refrigerate for two hours to firm up the dough.
  2. Prepare Baking Sheet: Preheat the oven to 180C (350F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. Shape Cookies: Remove the chilled cookie dough from the freezer or fridge. Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls and place them evenly spaced onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten each ball into a cookie shape with your hands, then use a fork to create a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie.
